Families create a student account directly in the app. Students at schools sign in with the username and password provided by their institution.
Yes. On the sign-in screen, choose the family signup option and complete registration. School accounts are not created through this flow; the school provides the credentials.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?", enter the account email, and follow the link you receive. For a family account, use the adult's email address entered during signup. If you use a school account and cannot access that email, ask your school or contact support.
MathCracks is available for iPad and iPhone. It supports Apple Pencil for handwriting answers.
