1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MathCracks. By accessing or using our mobile application, website or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you will not be able to access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, teachers and administrators.

2. Service Description

MathCracks is an educational math learning platform that offers:

• Progressive math exercises organized in 21 levels
• Handwriting recognition for answers
• Adaptive algorithm that adjusts difficulty based on performance
• Gamification system with coins, badges and competitive leagues
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Connection with teachers (in academy mode)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use MathCracks, you must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. You can register via email/password or using "Sign in with Apple".

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use
• You cannot share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activities performed from your account

3.3 Minors

Users under 16 years old require consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the application.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

MathCracks offers the following plans:

• Monthly: Full access renewed each month
• Annual: Full access for 12 months (reduced price)

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The charge will be made through your Apple account (App Store).

4.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from:

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period. No refunds are made for partial periods.

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices. We will notify you in advance and changes will apply in your next renewal period.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Conduct

• Use the application for your personal math learning
• Complete exercises honestly
• Participate respectfully in leagues and rankings
• Report bugs or technical issues

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use offensive, vulgar or inappropriate usernames
• Cheat or manipulate the scoring system
• Share your account or credentials with third parties
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use bots, scripts or automations
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Post illegal, harmful or inappropriate content
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

MathCracks and all its content (exercises, design, code, graphics, logos, texts) are owned by Trawen Technologies S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the application exclusively for your personal educational use, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Your Content

You retain the rights to your answers and writing. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process this content for validation and algorithm improvement purposes.

7. Gamification System

7.1 Virtual Coins

MathCracks coins are a virtual currency earned by completing exercises and achievements. Coins:

• Have no real monetary value
• Are not transferable between users
• Are not refundable or redeemable for money
• Can be used to unlock content within the app

7.2 Leagues and Rankings

League positions are based on actual performance. We reserve the right to disqualify users who cheat or manipulate their scores.

8. Termination

8.1 By You

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. This action is permanent and will delete all your data.

8.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability. In severe cases, we may take legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or use.

9.3 Maximum Limit

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathCracks, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through a notice in the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

For European Union consumers, this does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability: If any clause is invalid, the others remain in force
• Waiver: Not exercising a right does not imply waiving it
• Assignment: You cannot assign these Terms without our consent
